International Programs Offices will be closed on December 24th and 25th for Christmas.

On-Campus Housing


Seattle Central offers on-campus housing for international students of Seattle Colleges in The Studios on Broadway. While the studios are located across the street from Seattle Central's main classroom building, they are open to students attending any of the three campuses. They provide shared housing for nearly 80 students. To live in the on-campus apartments, you must be at least 17 years of age by the move-in date and responsible enough to live on your own.

All units come furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, and clothing storage for each resident. Apartments feature high-speed internet and can be connected with phone or television service by request. Each unit has a main room to serve as a shared living space, as well as a sleeping area with a window. The studios include a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage area.

A meal plan is not included, but the studios are within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. You can also eat at on-campus restaurants and cafés during college operating hours.

Housing fees must be received within 10 business days of the placement notification or prior to move-in, whichever comes first. Applicants who do not pay in full within the allotted timeframe may lose their housing placement. For payments in installments, when available, failure to pay the second installment by the appropriate deadline may result in late fees or possible eviction from the studios.

Application Process

Applying to live in The Studios on Broadway is free and easy. To be eligible for placement, you must already have a valid F-1 student visa and be at least 17 years of age by the move-in date. Due to the nature of the facility, all roommates must be of the same sex. We are unable to offer housing to children or to male/female couples.
