Off-Campus Housing

Off-campus housing is another option available to international students. Apartment costs will depend on a variety of factors, including the location, size, and number of roommates (if any) sharing the residence. Average monthly costs range from $500 to $1,200 for shared housing, and $1,500 to $2,500 or more for studio, one, and two bedroom apartments. If considering renting an off-campus apartment, we recommend that you review the resources below prior to beginning your housing search.
