F-1 Visa

All international students, with the exception of Canadian citizens, must have an F-1 visa to study in the U.S. Once you receive your acceptance materials and your I-20 form, find the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate and schedule your F-1 student visa interview. Interview wait times vary by embassy, but you can apply for your visa up to 365 days before the start date of your academic program.

ACCEPTANCE MATERIALS & I-20 FORM

Acceptance materials should be reviewed carefully, as they include detailed information about your next steps. The SEVIS I-20 form is needed to apply for a visa and enter the U.S.
