Interested in starting your degree online and studying at Seattle Colleges in person at a later date? Many of Seattle Colleges' online classes do not require in-person attendance in Seattle, which allows students to begin to pursue a degree from outside the United States — without the need for a student visa.

Students who plan to study from outside the United States and are interested in pursuing an Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Business (AB) degree through the University Transfer or High School Completion Plus programs may be able to complete their degree entirely online from outside the United States. Students interested in pursuing an Associate of Science (AS) degree through the University Transfer or High School Completion Plus programs may be able to complete up to one year of their degree online. The Seattle Colleges Institute of English (SCIE), IP Short-Term Certificate, and Career Training programs are not available for students living outside the United States. Students interested in enrolling in these programs must do so in person.

For a list of classes offered online, visit our quarterly class schedules: North | Central | South. Once on the page for the campus you are interested in, find "Instruction Mode" in the upper right corner, and select "Online Asynchronous" or "Online Scheduled".

Descriptions for all classes are available in our course catalog. Classes with prerequisites require you to have already completed the class(es) noted in the prerequisite section prior to enrolling. Please note that not all classes are available every quarter.

If you are interested in attending Seattle Colleges from outside the United States, click the "Remote Applicant" tab on our admission requirements webpage to see what is required for admission then submit your application through International Programs.
